The price of courage, humility and sincerity

by Thomas Eveilleau on Dec 31, 2008
After the exchange by satellite with Thomas Coville, we wanted to post a small message of encouragement as his way of responding seemed exemplary and this, not to mention his record attempt, but his willingness and determination.

Commentary we have left on his site :

"Pascal:

Hello Thomas,

we just follow your live interview and we wanted to congratulate you for your courage, your perseverance, your determination, your humility and your sincerity. The world record of the world's fastest Tour is one thing but you've already won a record for us more importantly, the exemplary.

Also, we ask if you agree to become an Honory Member of http://globe2child.org project, "Let's give the Globe to the children" ?

That would be an honor for us ;-)

Until then, good wind and go to Brest to celebrate your arrival.

Again thank you for these wonderful moments that made you live!

We believe in you.

And here's response Sodeb'O Sailing Team :

"Response Team Sodeb'O the Sailing 24/12/08:

Thank you very much for your very sincere message to Thomas.

Concerning your request, Thomas will take the time to study it upon his return.

Good follow-up to you! "

For info, Thomas is our neighbor. He lives in Saint-Philibert 4 km from here.

A great moment for our little Tamm ah Tamm journey was also our meeting on water at the exit of the River Crac'h… He welcomed us while he was busy.

This is the plume of "Great", namely remain humble and greet our little people as equals as if we played in the same area...

But he left behind off at the Teignouse. Ok, he didn't make the same way ;-)

We hope to meet him again. We will keep you in touch...

Until then, Good Luck Thomas !
